Emergency Action Plan

According to this regulation:

Purpose

ARTICLE 1 - (1) The purpose of this regulation, preparation of emergency plans in the workplace, prevention, protection, evacuation, fire fighting, with work to be done in first aid and other issues to be managed in a secure these conditions and procedures for the determination of workers to be employed on these issues and principles to regulate.

Obligations of the employer

ARTICLE 5

(1) the employer's obligations related to emergency situations are as follows:

PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 2 - (1) The training of the team to be established under this Regulation from the date of publication of this Regulation shall be completed within a year.

Force

ARTICLE 21 - (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
